Phish Insight by Trend Micro

Phish Insight is security awareness solution provided to the corporations train their employees, so that the corporations could protect the cyber heritage and leave no chances for the hackers.

The design tasks mainly separated into 2 fields, UX and UI, and I supported the UI tasks. Working as designer in this team, we also engaged the SCRUM with developers.

Phish Insight 2.0

We are still in beta. With the new goal and vision, we changed the target of clients. The design team renovate the interface and provide new experience. Also the design system had been built as a communication bridge with the developer team.

Based on the framework of material design, we designed the style guide for the team and export as design library in Sketch.

Phish insight 1.0

It's the current product access to everyone. I was included in some releases:

• New landing page

• Feature release : Upload list/ Wizard/ Dashboard

New landing page

Transforming the previous style into clean, fresh and accessible design, we even facilitated google design sprint to set up the tone to make sure everything looks good.

Upload list

The uploading list was separated into 2 parts. Now we merge into 1 interface to support the edit function after upload the file.

Wizard

Sometimes the user will not receive the phish simulation mail due to their mail service. So we release the Wizard which can help aiming the problem and guide the user to solve by themself.

Dashboard

By the heat map, we discover there were many invalid clicks on the old Dashboard. To provide a more intuitional board, we lunch the new design with campaign cards and configuration tools.
